As per the latest reports, they officially registered with the Registrar of Companies in India at Bangalore branch and their office is located at Richmond circle junction opposite to Bangalore club. According to the reports, Tesla India motors and Energy Pvt ltd has been incorporated in Bengaluru on January 8 and Karnataka Chief minister BS Yediyurappa took on Twitter to welcome Tesla and Elon musk to Bangalore. From the reports we can say Vaibhav Thaneja ,  Venkatrangam Sreeram, and David Jon Feinstein are directors of the incorporated Tesla entity.
