Tesla officially registered in Bangalore, India.

American Electric vehicle manufacturer Tesla officially entered in India by registering it's office in Bengaluru, Karnataka. As per the latest reports, they officially registered with the Registrar of Companies in India at Bangalore branch and their office is located at Richmond circle junction opposite to Bangalore club.
According to the reports, Tesla India motors and Energy Pvt ltd has been incorporated in Bengaluru on January 8 and Karnataka Chief minister BS Yediyurappa took on Twitter to welcome Tesla and Elon musk to Bangalore.
From the reports we can say Vaibhav Thaneja , Venkatrangam Sreeram, and David Jon Feinstein are directors of the incorporated Tesla entity. Taneja is Chief Accounts Officer at Tesla Inc and Feinstein is Global Senior Director, Trade Market Access at Tesla. The company has been registered with an authorized capital of Rs 1.5 crore and a paid-up capital of Rs 100,000.
India today reported that Karnataka Industries minister Jagadish Shettar also welcomed Tesla and Elon musk to Karnataka. "Tesla is registered in Karnataka as a company now for commercial activity. Officials are in touch with Tesla company but it is too soon to speculate about investment and land where they'll do manufacturing. It's only a company that is registered now," he said.
Tesla's official entry into India is considered as a big boost to the EV Drive of Karnataka and India. Karnataka has already become the EV Hub of India as it is hosting most of the Major Electric vehicle manufacturing companies in India. From the recent developments, we can say India's journey to sustainable mode of transportation is in the right direction.
